No. zic.8 is the Troff source of the man page, whereas I was talking about generating the formatted man page. That means you need to run it through "groff -man" and place the result in man/cat8. Otherwise, the end-user of djtznNNN.zip will need Groff to be installed at their machines to read the man pages.
