That's the way it currently is named - I wasn't planning to change it or
the djasm location on the first pass.

Plan was to get the include files written, tested, reviewed individually,
get them into CVS, then do the edits to "include" them.  Once the docs
have meaningful stuff then we can decide if we want to rename/move anything.

I'm out of time again, so I will probably have very sparse stuff for
edebug32 and fsdb - command descriptions which suggest refering to
internal help.  (Struggling to try to get stuff in at all...)

I also noticed the libdbg routines are shown in the libc document, but
are really in a different libary ...
