They're built against DJGPP CVS. I was going to suggest that someone (i.e.: me) could prepare packages of it built against 2.03. But I guess we've reached the point where time would be spent better testing & getting CVS ready for release as 2.04 than porting newer versions of packages that already have perfectly good ports.
