This would require only that we add the 'djgpp/man/cat[1358]' directories and make a small patch to 'zoneinfo/src/makefile'. OTOH, ISTR that the timezone files originate elsewhere, not with djgpp. If so, the makefile might have to be patched every time the timezone sources are updated, which some might see as an avoidable maintenance burden.
