I put build of GCC-4.9-20130916 snapshot for DJGPP
at

http://ap1.pp.fi/djgpp/gcc/test/4.9.0-20130916/

for testing only. It uses DWARF2 debugging info by
default as DWARF3/4 does not work properly for DJGPP

There seems however to be problems with backtrace
command in GDB similarly as in my latest build of
GCC-4.8.1
