I still say the path of least resistance is just refreshing the
DJDEV204.ZIP file on the mirrors. Keep calling it "2.04 beta" under
/beta/ but just make it latest CVS from 2012 instead of from Nov.
2003. Then you don't have to reorganize or update version numbers
anywhere.

If you're really worried, just put DJDEV204.OLD in there too.   ;-)
