Last GCC version which required djgpp*.djl was ancient 3.4.X and
corresponding file djgpp-x.djl was provided then already for some
time.

Is it OK to remove all references to djgpp.djl and djgpp-x.djl
from djgpp/src/makefile.inc and corresponding file in djgpp/tests?

File in djgpp/lib may still stay (or it also could be removed)
