I always use Win98 with numeric tails disabled and the extrction fails. I have not mention this because I have assumed that no one is using Win98 anymore and that numeric tails can not be disabled on Win2K and WinXP. Anyway, I had fixed this for the txi47[bds].zip port already but never submitted to the texinfo people andnow it must be decided how this issue should be handled. Regards, Juan M. Guerrero
