RHIDE install didn't put them in correct directory.

I moved them manually and updated MFT file. 

There are some additional pending updates (they were applied earlier in my 
earlier builds before 1.5 release). 

I'm not using this version under Linux as for me my own build with 
TVision-2.0.X works there better.

PS. Also the box hal.astr.lu.lv where I earlier put my files to be accessable 
for other is gone (I'm not working there already some time, I'm now working 
in Finland, but no more in Latvia even if I still use Latvian e-mail address 
for mailing lists).
