I will do a get now and kick of some builds to check that what's in there now is okay. In the morning I will check for a label and do a get based on the label. > * Sometime 24th April 2003: dj*204 packages prepared and uploaded to DJ's > server. What version of GCC is to be used for the official release? (2.9.5.3 or 3.2.2) > * Packages rebuilt with 2.04: Andrew, are you still OK with doing this? We can > split the work, if you'd like. I'm still using a 56K modem and as such it's slow to upload the files. I have packaged the batch files that I use to do the complete build and am uploading them to clio. If you check in about 30 minutes (assuming all goes well) there are links on the URL in the 2.04 build utils section after the files for download. Before releasing the dj*204.zip files could you do at least 2 re-builds of the following, just to be safe that there are no nasties introduced in the last few days:- - make 3.80 - bash 2.05 - file utils - GCC 3.2.2 (this is where bugs in the other 3 apps usually show up) > * Sometime 28th April 2003: General release. Sounds good. Andrew
