I also added (in some version...) a first pass at the program docs in 
info format.  Still some formatting issues, and you must also modify the
utils.tex file to have the new node pointers (is there any way to 
distribute that into the included file?...)

Sorry, should have warned.  Added the environment variable where to look
for dynamic images.
