Yes, thanks.  However, please remove all the @code markup in entries
like this one:

> + @vindex LFN AT r{ environment variable and }@code{_rename}

The reason is that @vindex entries are typeset as @code by default.
So say ether this:

  @vindex LFN AT r{ environment variable and }_rename

or this:

  @vindex LFN AT r{ environment variable and @code{_rename}}

In the latter case @code is required because _rename is inside @r
which overrides the typeface with the Roman font.
