You can reference directly to the libc docs. Perhaps this sentence should be:

"See the documentation for `_dxe_load' (@pxref{_dxe_load, , _dxe_load, libc})
for details on how to load the dynamic code."

Perhaps you could put a cross-reference to the ld pages, when you describe how
to pass extra ld options.

Otherwise, it looks good to me.
