It sounds like there's gonna be Texinfo 4.4 VSN.  Could someone please 
try this pretest and send any DJGPP-rtelated patches to Karl Berry, the 
Texinfo maintainer?  (I'm still buried under the rest of my life.)

There have been a few important bug fixes, so I wanted to make a
follow-up release, before launching off into more far-reaching changes.

  . bug fix: html @verb arg is quoted properly, and does not imply
    a paragraph break.

  . bug fix: don't translate the `* Menu' info keyword.
