Some of the prerequisites are probably not necessary to be that recent,
so I would probably add a statement that earlier versions may work but
were not tested.

Please don't reference djdev203_u2.zip - it's a temporary file which
should all be included in djcrx203.zip when this gets released.

cwdstub.exe should be cwsdstub.exe

Should this file be added to the cross directory in the distribution,
or should it replace one or more of the files?  (If replace, what about
older distributions?)
