Andrew, have You tried generating gcc32s.zip (or some earlier version)
using scripts and diffs from gcc32s2.zip and original gcc-3.2.tar.bz2
(or gcc-3.2.tar.gz)? Is it working under XP?

I have similar (smaller) package also for binutils, but it was not
uploaded, mostly due to need for other packages (I used mikTeX to
generate part of files in binutils doc package and I should not expect
mikTeX to be installed)
