The V2.03 refresh 2 has been sitting on clio (with 31 downloads) in
http://clio.rice.edu/djgpp/v203u2/djdev203_2.zip 
since June 10.  I've heard positives, no negatives.  It's becoming a
FAQ.  How should we proceed?  Should we have a public announcement for 
a beta, or just put it on Simtel?  Sorry this has taken a while, but
I've been really busy.

It bugs me about the -ansi problems, but without more information and 
the inability to get this one out so far in a timely manner ...
