The unofficial DJGPP Windows 2000 / XP site url is http://clio.rice.edu/djgpp/win2k/main.htm (a full status report is available online for the 2.04 code and is updated on a ad-hoc basis). The main html page then has two options, the 2.03 refresh page or the 2.04 wip page. The main changes since last update this time last month are:- 1) Includes CVS LIBC changes up to 4-May-2002 2) Grep 2.51 beta now available 3) Less to 3.74 now available 4) Shell utilities now using DJGPP offiical release source instead of alpha source Please note that if you have the download the files from last month then I would only download less, grep and the shell utilities. If you are not aware of what is available at the the unofficial DJGPP Windows 2000 / XP site please read then following blurb: The site contains allot of info which is designed to help developers get the DJGPP compiler and associated packages working on Windows 2000 and XP as quickly as possible so that they can help the out. The site also contains a number of work in progress binary files for use on Windows 2000 and XP (and Win 9x). The info and files at the site allow DJGPP developers and users to get the DJGPP compiler working under Windows 2000 and XP very quickly, it still requires you to download the packages from Simtel. The site is accessible from DJ's site by clicking on the "Current DJGPP status vs Windows 2000 / XP (unofficial)" link under the Introduction section. Regards, Andrew
