Thanks for the advice. I'll take a look at Juan's work. He does seem to have
mastered porting things to DJGPP. ;)

<Sigh> This is the bug in __set_need_fake_dot_dotdot. Fileutils comes with a
patch for this bug, but it seems I broke the script that applies it
(patchexe.sh), when fixing some bugs in the script.

I'll do another release of Fileutils to fix this. Thanks for the bug report!
