It certainly looks good to me. Too bad your reader spoils the effect by wrapping lines (see above). Netscape doesn't wrap if you paste as comments. A few minor comments: In the misc section especially, some things belong under multiple sub-classifications. There should be a section for file compression, which should include bzip, and the executable compressor (forget its name, bzh or something like that), not to mention zip and unzip. Is there a section for editors? If so, vim probably should appear.
