Does anyone think we also need a -: strictly alphabetical listing under the heading "Individual utilities", -: or perhaps "Alphabetical listing of utilities"? I think this is a good idea. How about a "Package index" and a "Utility index" (alphabetical is implied, IMHO). My preference would be to have these as the very first entries in dir.txi, followed by the usual dir.txi contents.
