Those make good sense to add.

I agree about gettext/iconv.  Perhaps the section name should be "GNU 
message translation".

No, just "pod" format docs.  I'll check CPAN and see if there's 
anything available, but I tend to doubt it.  perl folk appear to be 
enamored of pod, so I don't know that anyone put together any 
translations for those who might prefer info.
