Here is related changes for both CVS and 2.03 versions I suggest. 
Definition of RHIDE_TYPED_LIBS_DJGPP.cpp was only needed
for rhide-1.4 as far as I remember (it was long time ago). 
The same about RHIDE_TYPED_LIBS_DJGPP.cxx (even then it's 
only needed if one uses extension .cxx for C++ sources)

I also think, that it doesn't byte to add '+' in from of rhide related 
definitions in djgpp.env.
