I've committed to CVS + signs in front of the bison and enscript variables. There are other changes in CVS not in 2.03: 1) remove DJGPP from rhide entry for f77 2) add colors for various file types in ls (3 other changes.) Should these other changes go into 2.03 refresh djgpp.env?
