I didn't like having to fuss with BISON_{HAIRY,SIMPLE} to exercise different bison versions. More importantly, bison 1.30 is such an improvement over the earlier versions that we should do ourselves a favor and make a clean break with the past as Tim suggests. Upload bison 1.32 or 1.33, remove all earlier versions, and remove the [bison] entries from djgpp.env.
