After replacing gcc303 with gcc2953 (2002-01-06) the difficulty desappeares. Both gcc installations are clean. No mix of headers between gcc2953 and gcc303. I have not followed this list for the last 7 or 8 weeks, so I am not aware about the djgpp specific changes in gcc. Hope the infomartion is of some use. Regards, Guerrero, Juan Manuel
