I'd like the 2.04 and 2.03 files to be identical in the #ifdef - which means removing the 2.96+ version check in the CVS version, checking a new version into the v2_03_1 branch, testing it, then putting it in an updated refresh zip. I'm also going to update readme.1st for install instructions for the "new" platforms ME, W2K, XP - trying to make them consistent with the zip picker install screens. Two files. So little time :-)
