Well, there is a small amount of rewriting involved to correct grammar and spelling, adjust sectioning hierarchies, or just to add a bit of clarification here and there as I read through the text. It's easiest to make these changes during the initial conversion to Texinfo, but none of this ever amounts to a change of meaning from the original text. After the initial Texinfo markup, I would like to make some organizational changes to both the UG and KB so they will be more complementary. After that, I'd like to cannibalize parts of Eli's wonderful FAQ.... BTW, the UG text has been contributed by many people; are there copyright issues involved with the migration of these parts to Texinfo, or with the occasional editing as described above? I've been working as if DJ held the copyrights and would (of course ;-) approve any changes I deemed necessary.
