Light testing under NT, DOS, W98, XP. I haven't tested under ME. The refresh should fix problems under ME with LFN=n (or booted in DOS mode). More testing with the LFN TSR under NT and Windows 2000 (or XP) would probably be a good idea - these show combinations of the correct os version which does get checked for in the Win2K patches - so might follow different paths. I still think it's ready for release - and I'll be working with DJ to move the refresh to Simtel hopefully next week. The fact that 500+ testers have seen lots of fixes but no new problems ...
