From what I can tell from testing, the go32-v2 problem is now gone
(any raw coff images would need to be rebuilt).  New build date Dec-11
dxegen is correct libc; stubs have correct dates.  Updated dosexec
to also restore psp.  I believe this fixes all the issues I and 
Andrew observed (and building GCC is a pretty severe test under Win2k).
