I put DJGPP archives of  
	gcc-3.0.3 20011115 (prerelease)
	gcc-3.1 20011113 (experimental)
for testing available from
	http://www.ltn.lv/~pavenis/gcctest.html

Only some more frequently used archives are on that server. For others
I provided a link to box I'm normally working at (they accesable only
when Linux is booted there, it's so almost always between 18:00 and 07:00 
GMT and also entire Sunday)   

Changes in gcc-3.0.3 20011115 (prerelease) against archives of gcc-3.0.2
in v2gnu:

	- fix for Allegro compilation problem. Now newer beta versions
	  of Allegro can be built (thanks to Brad Kaiser for fix)

	- I modified gcc.c to use stricmp instead of strcmp when looking
	  whether the relative prefix is needed (macro FN_STRCMP in gcc.c,
	  it defaults to strcmp, redefined to stricmp in xm-djgpp.h)

Similar changes were applied to gcc-3.1 20011113 sources.
