The Knowledge Base is silent about this (more accurately, it > repeats the story told by "cmd /?"). cmd /? also tells about setting HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Command Provessor\CompletionChar (and/or) HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Command Provessor\CompletionChar to 0x9 for TAB completion. This works for me (W2K prof, US version) (same as on NT4 BTW). greets, Robert
