Sorry, I didn't have time to get everything together to build it.  My 
cvs tree binaries (library, etc) are broken and the code uses routines which
aren't available in 2.03.  The system is a Win2K with V2.03 binaries,
so I have problems like the descriptor leakage.  Hopefully this evening.
