The folks at Simtel are trying to maximize revenue from hosting DJGPP
(understandable).  They have asked that when we refer to the canonical
location of djgpp's files, that we link to http://www.simtel.net/
(they've added djgpp-specific stuff there), from which users can
access the files and mirror lists etc.

They and I have been working on other ways to generate revenue for
them, so that they will continue hosting DJGPP, but if you have any
ideas (other than CDroms and banner ads, which we've already
discussed), now's a good time to voice them.
