Hello,

I succeeded in uploading a preliminary binaries package of Binutils 2.11. 
Download it from http://members.nbci.com/snowball3/djgpp/ . Considering how 
slowly the binary package was uploaded, I'll hold off on uploading the source 
until a little later.
