The reason why I have not added the baltic rim countries is that
I have not found them in the MSDOS country.txt file.
At 
  <http://www.unicode.org/Public/MAPPINGS/VENDORS/MICSFT/PC/CP775.TXT>
the msdos codepage for the baltic rim can be found.
This must be told to Bruno so he can build the appropiate header.
