I probably committed it at the same time, though :) Its purpose is to allow you to allocate space using .union instead of .struct when using a union. As there is no checking, .struct and .union are interchangable (I couldn't think of an easy way to implement the checking). Bill -- Leave others their otherness. -- Aratak
