I have submitted a patch with some typo fixes and this particular suggestion. While I was writing a german translation of README.1ST I had found that zip picker **always** tells the user to download lgp*b.zip if c++ compiling is wanted and this is the way I have done it for (maybe) the last 10 years every time I installed a new version of the c++ compiler. The goal of the patch was to keep in sync the README.1st information with the zip picker instructions. I am not a c++ programmer, so I have not followed the gpp development of the last years. If the information I have proposed for the README.1ST file is obsolete, please remove it and excuse the inconveniences cause. But IMHO, both zip picker information **and** README.1SR information should be updated telling the user exactly *when* lgp*b.zip must be downloaded and for *what* it must be downloaded.
