Is it OK to apply & commit the patch I posted on 2001-01-01 to add a
"Development" section to the DJGPP Knowledge Base? No-one commented, so I
guess it got drowned out by the New Year's celebrations. ;)

Or is it pending me sending copyright assignment papers? (I'll try to get
that done this week, so /dev/zero support can go in too next week.)
