Yes.  Here is a sample "dir /S" from the video DVD I have been using:

Probably, but I doubt it would do you much good.  I believe they have 
(so far) successfully squashed the only free DVD access/decoder 
software written (for linux, of course), in court on copyright 
infringement grounds.  Without such software, I don't think those 
copies will do you much good.
