Is someone per chance working on bzip2 support for DJTAR, or has a
private version where it works?  It would be good to have that in
DJGPP, since many projects seem to like .tar.bz2 better.

I thought someone said here in the past that work was under way, but I
don't think I've seen any patches.  Did I miss something?
