This could be disastrous if someone uses 'rm -f @manifest/bsh204.mft' to remove bash---they may rm a lot more than just bash. Also, I'm still seeing /r/n (or ^M) delimited lines with 'history 1 | od -c'. Was this to be changed with 2.04? Nit-pick: the .ver file for the binary distro should read 'bsh204b' not 'bsh204d'.
