I also put a "standard" binary and source distribution in the same directory. Beware that the cwsparam image provided in the binary distribution will write an extra 2 bytes to a r4 or earlier image and nuke values it shouldn't. I'm thinking about what I should do to avoid this problem. I'll be trying to figure out how to resolve the remaining issues with the new release - but in the mean time if anyone wants to grab the binary or distributions give it a shot.
