I'm using Borland C++ > 3.1 and just typing make in the CWSDPMI source directory. I'll try to put the current binary up this weekend. I'm currently building with bcc 5.0 - using the 32-bit instructions. I had some problems with the a previous build using TC 2.0 when paging - some bad behavior. It seems like maybe there is some uninitialized variable in the paging routines or something. Or maybe a compiler bug in the 32-bit instructions? Don't have time to look at it now.
