When submitting a change, please always try to include a suitable entry for the wcNNN.txi file as well, so that we have the appropriate "What's Change in Version X.YZ" section when the time comes to make the release. These entries are impossible to recreate later, since we don't keep ChangeLog files (and CVS doesn't have good facilities to help in that matter).
