There were also note about need to apply this patch in one of other files
in that directory. 

I think that all instructions about building cross-compiler for targets
i[3456]86-pc-msdosdjgpp should be rewritten from scratch. For example
in gcc2952s.zip I'm including script for building such cross-compiler
(I have tested it under Linux only though)
