Of particular interest would be to add the DPMI functions 0x506 and 0x507 because this would allow to get GFP on zero page access !! I looked at the Windows Device Devel Kit on M$ site and it seems possible to get thnigs done... But I never programmed device drivers nor used microsoft compilers.
