Some obj-to-coff converters need that, I think (the FAQ has the details 
somewhere in chapter 17).

How much bloat would adding ELF mean, anyway?  As far as I could see, we 
already link in many of the ELF-related code, the only thing that seems 
to be missing is the target-specific support, and we don't need more than 
a single target, I guess.
