The above URL has several nice programs that might be of interest
to those who need to poke around inside Windows, e.g. to monitor
file- and registry-related activities.  I tried some of them, and
they seem to be quite nice.

There's even a DOS driver for NTFS volumes!  Alas, it only allows
read-only access; but perhaps looking at the code will help to
make better the LFN driver written by Andrew?
