The current binutils versions contain the version 2.00 of the go32 stub
from June 1997 while the current version is 2.02 from Sep 1998 so I think
it should be updated.

The latest version of this stub can be found in the djcrx*.zip file in
ftp.delorie.com.

For convenience I have attached the 2.02 version.
